Event Schedule & Guidelines

• Hair & Makeup Station: Available from 2:00-3:30 PM for models and designers. Students must arrive between 2 and 2:30 pm.
• Students will take their designs home at the end of their afterschool winter session, safely kept inside their garment bags to keep them safe (and hidden from curious eyes :) until the big runway show reveal. These designs should stay at home with them until the Winter Runway Fashion Show, when they must bring their garment bag and shoes for the event (unless they choose to wear their outfit from home).
• To maintain the excitement and surprise for family and loved ones, each student will have their own garment bag to keep their creation a secret until they walk the runway. Please ensure your child brings their garment bag and shoes on the day of the show.
• Make-up and hair tools are available. Students who want to bring their kits are fully responsible to keep and retrieve them. Backstage is very busy and things get mixed up and lost.
• Drop-Off: Our staff will be wearing CFA gear and be standing at the Canzani door for student drop-off. After 2:15 PM, parents/guardians must escort their child to the Hair & Makeup Room (2nd floor / Photos coming up).
• Rehearsal: As students get ready, they will be escorted to the Main Auditorium for rehearsal, which will continue until 3:30 PM.
• Guest Entry: Between 3:45 PM - 4:00 PM, Main Auditorium doors will open for VIP guests who have pre-registered online. A door crew will check the guest list for all registered families. Here is the link for guests only (we just need family info and guest number#)
• Showtime: The show starts promptly at 4:00 PM and is expected to conclude by 4:45 PM.
• Dismissal: Students will be released directly to their parents. If a student has belongings left in the backstage room, parents may accompany them to retrieve their items.
• We will have staff in attendance for all rooms we have booked for the Columbus Fashion Academy Winter Fashion Show. Students will be scouted to bathrooms and move between rooms under the supervision of staff hired for this event.

🔹 Important: Only registered guests will be admitted. No on-site registration. Participation in the show gives release to Columbus Fashion Academy to use photo/video/voice of students for marketing purposes.
