Stress relief - Dealing with difficult thoughts

In this weekly one-hour workshop, you'll learn how your thinking affects your mood and emotions and practice finding more helpful thoughts.

For you?

In the weekly stress relief sessions, we offer the opportunity to ask questions about mental problems. Also, we'll trace destructive and dysfunctional thoughts using cognitive therapy techniques. Those thoughts are often the root of negative feelings like a fear of failure and (study) stress. Together we will practice finding more helpful and constructive thoughts. Knowledge of the cognitive model will apply to any challenging situation you face.

Important to know

  • This workshop, supervised by a student psychologist, is offered weekly. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. If you wish to attend multiple sessions, you must register for each separately.
