West Bay   Friday 2^nd May to Monday 5^th May 2025 (Early May BH)

What better way to celebrate the early May Bank Holiday than by joining us on the Dorset Coast at West Bay. From here we will be able to enjoy both the coastal path but also the rolling hills just inland, including Golden Cap (said to be the highest point on the south coast), Abbotsbury and the South Dorset Ridgeway. There will be full-day walks available on Saturday and Sunday, and a shorter walk on the Bank Holiday Monday, to finish by 2-3 pm to enable you to get home at a reasonable time.

We have booked 3 caravans at the West Bay Holiday Park near Bridport in Dorset. They each have 3 bedrooms (two twin rooms, which although compact are fine for single occupancy, and a double), a generous living room, kitchenette with all normal equipment, and central heating. Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own towels. We will self-cater for breakfast and packed lunches, but have evening meals together (a mixture of group catering and eating out). There are shops and other facilities both in the village and on site.
