Family Icicle Fused Glass Suncatchers

Celebrate Ice Fest with us by doing a creative project together as a family! In this fun workshop, you'll create 3 beautiful icicle themed suncatchers to hang in your window. This workshop is designed for ALL ages, but most especially for children with their families looking to do a fun project together. Children under 14 may take the workshop with a family member at a discounted rate. Each adult and child will receive all the materials necessary to make their own set of icicles! (All adults attending with their child must register and pay as well. Cost is $15 per child under 14, and $30 per adult/children ages 14 and up. Under the guidance of Artist Mandy Sirofchuck, you'll learn the basics of working with glass. She'll go over glass safety and help you design your icicles. Once completed, your projects will go in our glass kiln where they'll be fused, and then ready for pickup the following day. NO glass cutting is involved or required, so this workshop is perfect for any age! It's a great way to introduce children to glass art, too. We simply request that closed shoes are worn at all times in our art center! We have space for 10 participants in this workshop.

Please Note:

• Tuition is due with registration unless other arrangements are made. If you cancel 0-7 days before the class start date, we are able to refund your tuition ONLY if we can fill your space from our waitlist. We are not able to issue partial refunds or transfer your registration to another class. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot under ANY circumstances refund your tuition once you have started the classes.
• Art is a messy business! Please bring an apron or wear work clothes and shoes that can get dirty with clay/paint/etc.
• Leave your rings, smartwatches, and jewelry at home. Main Exhibit Gallery & Art Center is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  
• We ask that you pick up your projects within 1 week of your notification that they're ready. We have so many classes that our space can get quite full with students' work!
