Valentines Clay Date

Join us for our annual Valentine’s Day Clay Date for a fun workshop you can share with a sweetheart, friend or family member! Using the clay slab technique, you’ll each get to make a mug and dish in clay and decorate it with underglazes. You'll learn how to transform a slab of clay into a beautiful mug and dish, all your own design. We’ll fire and glaze your work, and you pick it up when it’s done. This is a great activity for couples, friends, and family!

Class size is limited to 4 couples/pairs of friends (8 participants total). The $99 tuition covers registration for 2 people. You're also welcome to bring your own refreshments to share! Let's pARTy!

Tuition Includes:

• Registration for 2 people (couples, friends, etc.)
• Use of all clay tools needed for the project
• Clay and underglazes: enough to make one mug and one plate per person (two per couple)
• Light refreshments
• Individual attention from the instructors, Paul & Mandy Sirofchuck
• A fun time with our creative community!

Please Note:

• Tuition is due with registration unless other arrangements are made. If you cancel 0-7 days before the class start date, we are able to refund your tuition ONLY if we can fill your space from our waitlist. We are not able to issue partial refunds or transfer your registration to another class. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot refund your tuition once you have started the classes.
• Art is a messy business! Please bring an apron or wear work clothes and shoes that can get dirty with clay/paint/etc.
• Bring a hair tie if you have long hair.
• Leave your rings, smartwatches, and jewelry at home. Main Exhibit Gallery & Art Center is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
