Updated Paper Charts (known as Raster Charts) are no longer available. "NOAA Custom Charts" (NCC) is the new application that allows you to create your own Customized Nautical Paper Charts. Learn how to create, print, store, share and update charts of areas you boat in. This course will review the changes being made and their impact on Recreational Boaters. NOAA Custom Charts or "NCC" charts are based on Electronic Chart data and are highly customizable. In addition, learn how to use NOAA's Local Notices to Mariners Update App to keep your Custom Charts current with the latest Local Notices to Mariners.
