Online LIMA Test and Skills Check off - Springfield

Once you have completed the online portion of the LIMA course, you will register to come to the pharmacy and complete the test and the skills check off. There will be a review of the material prior to the test.
You must bring a printed copy of your certificate that you will receive for completing the class.
