This session will enhance your financial literacy by equipping you with finance basics relevant for developing budgets, understanding financial statements, allocating resources wisely, and making informed decisions. Delivered by an internal expert, this session will cover how the budget process works at Oxford County, and allow you to apply the insights you gain to a real-life county-specific case. Participants will have the opportunity to work together to make decisions based on financial insights, and ask questions to further their learning and applications to their role.
