As we approach a new era in education, the theme "Teacher Leadership: Looking Back, Looking Ahead" offers a timely opportunity for educators, scholars, and practitioners to reflect on the evolution of teacher leadership over the past decades and anticipate the challenges and possibilities that lie ahead.
