Highlights:

• This course is designed to teach the civilian basics of a Tactical Rifle platform and basic medical intervention in the event of an attack or another event that strains local emergency platforms to the point of overload.
• This course is NOT intended to create an illegal militia or force against the federal, state, or local government, their organizations, or the civilian populace.
• However, if called on by the Colorado State Governor or the President of the United States to serve in a Milita, this course will assist in the level of training a legally formed Militia (a.k.a. State Defense Force) may have when called.

Check In Details

• During registration, you must answer the same questions that would be asked on a Form 4473 when you purchase a firearm. If you cannot answer the questions in accordance with federal law to purchase a firearm you may not attend this course.
• You will have to pay the range fee for both days at the range with range staff.
• You must sign the Hold Harmless Waiver

Events, Classes, and Instruction

• No refund within 30 days of the event.
• 90% partial refund between 30-45 days of the event, does not include deposit or fees from third parties such as Stripe and FareHarbor
• Credit is NOT given for missed classes.

Court Services

• No Refunds for safety courses
• Left over retainer fee will be refunded for expert witness service

Donations and Tips

• Donations and Tips will not be refunded for any reason.
