Summer Art Adventures - Celebrating Global Festivals! - Ages 9-13
Join us for an exciting week of creativity and cultural exploration at Celebrating Global Festivals Summer Art Adventure Camp! Campers will learn about the vibrant traditions of holidays and festivals from around the world through drawing, painting, crafting, and mixed-media artwork. We will create unique art projects inspired by the rich histories and colorful symbols from celebrations like Holi, Día de los Muertos, and more. Through guided projects and hands-on activities, campers will bring their artistic visions to life while learning new techniques and having tons of fun. This camp is all about creativity, self-expression, and embracing multi-cultural celebrations in a supportive, fun environment.
***Note: This is a repeat of our 2025 Spring Art Adventure Camp. If your child was enrolled in Spring Camp, please be aware that the art projects will largely be the same.

Our program runs from 9 am to 4 pm Monday-Thursday. On Friday, camp ends at 3pm with an "art show." This is a special time for your child to share their work with their parents, grandparents, siblings, etc., and an opportunity for you to speak to our instructors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ ALL!

Children MUST BE AGE 9 on the first day of camp, and no older than age 13.

Please check your child in at 8:55 am. Pick up promptly at 4 pm Monday-Thursday; 3pm on Friday. Please note that we do not offer before or after childcare.

Parking is located in the lot behind the studio and limited parking on Michigan Avenue at the front entrance to the studio. Additional parking lots can be found behind Mac's Acadian Seafood, Dan's Tavern and on any of the residential side streets.

Artists should bring a nut-free lunch, 2 nut-free snacks, and a refillable water bottle with a lid. We kindly ask that you avoid bringing fruit cups with juice, as they can be messy. First and last names should be on all personal belongings. Food may not be shared.

Artists are encouraged to bring sunblock, wear closed-toed shoes, and bring sun hats for outdoor break times, weather permitting. Please review the Liability Waiver Form carefully. By signing at registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in the Liability Waiver and Release Form

Important Allergy Reminder:

For the safety of all campers and our staff, please note that our camp is a peanut and tree nut-free environment. Any lunch or snack items containing these ingredients will not be permitted. We kindly ask parents and caregivers to check food labels to ensure that all food items are both peanut and tree-nut free. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

We welcome all aspiring artists of all ages and abilities. However, if your child requires additional assistance or needs individualized attention, please call the studio before you enroll your child in camp. While we provide support and encouragement, artists must be able to follow directions and work independently. Thank you.
