The gym is booked. You need to register. Pick the session's focus and invite up to 5 friends to attend or attend by yourself. The cost is the same.
The main athlete that registers picks a focus for the session and then lets us know which coach you want to work with. We will then check if that coach is available. If not, you will be with one of our other talented coaches.

My daughter and two teammates were in the session tonight with Justin and Samantha. They were brilliant! I loved seeing the continual feedback for all the girls and it was unique adjustments for each of them. It’s amazing how much improvement I saw in just one session! The girls had fun too!
