Week 4
Learn beginnerl jewelry/metalsmithing skills in just four weeks ! This class covers essential metalsmithing techniques like stone setting, ring sizing, soldering, texturing, sawing, and using flex shaft attachments. During the 4 week session , you'll work with sterling silver, honing your design and fabrication skills. By the end of the class, you will have crafted one ring and one pendant. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a refresher. (Class Fee + Materials fee,+ tax)
**Skills Covered:** Sawing, Texturing, Stamping, Soldering, Bezel Setting, Polishing
**Prerequisite:** No experience required. Suitable for ages 14 and up. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
**Tools:** Provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
**Materials:** Materials (metal and stones) will cost approximately $50-150 plus tax and can be purchased during the class. Feel free to bring your own, or choose from the studio’s selection.
*Students MUST wear close-toed shoes during class, have eye protection (provided if necessary), and long hair must be tied back.
** Some tools and equipment have additional material and/or fuel fees when used beyond the reservation time period.
