Chinese painting has three main categories: Landscape, Figures, and Birds & Flowers. Traditionally, Landscape paintings are considered the most important among the 3 categories. This class is suitable for those who have some experience with Chinese painting, and are familiar with the basics of using paper, and brushwork with ink. Participants will learn how to use gradations of black ink and limited colors on paper, how to draw trees, rocks, mountains, and water, and create their own landscape painting. The class will also cover the use of the seal. Advanced Beginner/Intermediate. Adults & Teens, Materials Included
