CU Denver Faculty Training and Events

This is the second of three sessions of our program on Multicultural Mentorship.

A certificate of completion will be issued to participants of all three sessions. Participants must attend all three sessions to receive the certificate.

Session 2 covers the following topics:

• Journey toward culturally responsive mentorship
• Case discussion (breakout groups followed by large group discussion)
• Academic wheel of power
• Breakout rooms: how do your identities influence your mentoring relationships?
• Large group discussion of identities and mentorship

This is an interactive webinar. You will be asked to participate in activities via Zoom. The session is facilitated by an expert team from the International Mentoring Association.

The Multicultural Mentoring Program is offered by the CFDA, in collaboration with the Center for Access and Campus Engagement.
