This is the third and final session of our program on Multicultural Mentorship.

A certificate of completion will be issued to participants of all three sessions. Participants must attend all three sessions to receive the certificate.

Session 3 covers the following topics:

• Importance of effective communication
• Breakout rooms to share past success or challenges in communication
• Overview of difficult conversations
• Case discussion (breakout groups followed by large group discussion)
• Aligning Expectations
• Mentoring Agreements
• Overall summary

This is an interactive webinar. You will be asked to participate in activities via Zoom. The session is facilitated by an expert team from the International Mentoring Association.
