This training event is designed to better enable Armed Church Safety Team Members gain a greater understanding of the team's responsibilities.
Here are some of the things we will include in our presentations and discussions as time allows:
- Policies, Procedures, and Requirements for Team Members
- Assessing facility and congregation needs
- Discussions based on a variety of scenarios for both Natural and Man-Made disasters
- Define routine procedures to secure the church on a daily basis.
- Discuss team building exercises for an internal culture that’s free of communication bottlenecks
- Discuss equipment for the task at hand including firearms and related gear, communications equipment, first aid, CPR certification, and basic trauma kits and training on how to use them, and other safety interrelated items.
