This conference explores how attachment styles influence emotional and sexual relationships. It covers the traits of secure and insecure attachment, how avoidant and ambivalent patterns manifest in adulthood, and the key elements needed for a child to develop a secure bond with caregivers. Additionally, it examines the connection between attachment and sexual experiences, including understanding arousal patterns and reshaping one's sexual narrative.
