Explore the anatomy of the knee joint and its function, how deepening the connection of the core/hip muscles to the feet contributes to knee health and how gentle movement can increase mobility.
The six classes of the series can be taken individually for $25 each or the entire series for $120.
All the necessary props will be provided.
