The only place this course is taught in the New York Metro Area. 

Holding a valid Maryland State Wear & Carry, D.C. Pistol permit, and Massachusetts License to carry certificate will allow you to carry your handgun in Maryland, Washington D.C., Massachusetts and 30 states as well as the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This course is required to apply for a non-resident permit in the State of Maryland and District of Columbia. "Proper Cause" is no longer required. 

This class requires a live fire element to complete the course and takes place the same day at Blue Mountain Sportsman Center at 183 Watch Hill Rd Cortlandt NY 10567.

  • Unloaded Firearm in Locked Case
  • 50 Rounds of Ammunition
  • Magazine
  • Pen / Notepad
  • Ear & Eye Protection

DRESS CODE:

• • Pants with Belt Loops
  • Rubber Soled Shoes (No Flip Flops)
