MSM training has 4 phases:

1. Online pre-learning of foundational topics: self-paced modules to be completed by the start of the first workshop.
2. 3x Friday/Saturday activity-based workshops: Over 6 days of training, you learn to apply the foundational topics to real-world situations.
3. 2-3 months at work: Your time to create, implement and evaluate processes specific to you and your role with your company.
4. Competency conversation & certification: A review of the processes you implemented during your time back at work.

In the workshops, you'll apply everything you learn in the online modules to a simulated project that you will implement in your daily work.
