ZOOM CALL: Telephone Sales Techniques for Site Office Staff, particularly Leasing Consultants and Leasing Managers.

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD AS A ZOOM CALL
TPA training covers Donaldson’s criteria for phone shops, telephone sales techniques and how to deal with difficult calls. Students will be introduced to the self-coaching worksheet, will grade recorded leasing calls, and will be given instruction on how to pull TPA reports from Lease Hawk. The class is approximately 1 .5 hours.
