FRENCH CLASSICS

The French are masters of great food. In this super delicous class we will make; bouillabaisse, and a traditional slow cooked dish on creammy mash. Finished off with creme brûlée.
Cancellations: We prepare for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it to the class you have booked please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is recieved more than two days before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is recieved less than two days before the class, we will use our best endeavours to find another person to take your place, if we cannot find a replacement we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher.
Minimum numbers: We endeavour to fill our cooking classes, however if we do not have four people wanting to attend a class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.

The evening started with a warm and friendly welcome from Belinda - as if she were welcoming us into her own home!
The room was set up for easy and comfortable viewing of the demonstration as were the tools and ingredients for cooking. I liked how the cooking stations were set up that we worked opposite our cooking partners with, still, the option to engage alongside our fellow cooks
Chef Rob has an uncomplicated way of explaining the cooking processes and is clearly well informed and knowledgeable on cooking styles and how the food works with various dishes etc. His manner, like Belinda’s, was very easy going, friendly and engaging.
By the time we sat down for the amazing dinner we had ‘miraculously’ cooked for ourselves we all felt like we had become friends for the evening and there was easy ‘chatter’ around the table.
Thank you Belinda, Rob - and Kaia? - such a treat to have all the dishes washed for us after cooking! - for a fun, informative and superb gastronomic experience! I shall go away now and ‘wow’ my future dinner guests with what I have learnt!
