Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Conference registration canceled online on or before October 31, 2025, is refundable but subject to a $25 administrative fee.
• Registrants canceling on or after November 1, 2025, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual or credited for a future Q10 conference; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
• If a refund is requested before the November 1, 2025 deadline, the refund will be distributed by check ONLY.
• If the Q10 conference must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, TLCS will refund the registration cost. However, TLCS does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses (Please note: There is a 2.7% Stripe charge made to any credit card purchases that are non-refundable).
