Phronesis Training Group

The Tactical Team Leader Course is a 5-day course designed specifically to sharpen the leadership skills of assistant team leaders, team leaders, team commanders, and those who are in a leadership role or being groomed for leadership positions on the team.

This course involves group discussion, tabletop exercises, and is beneficial for building relationships with other team leaders. Topics covered include leadership, selection, training, technology, tactics and more. It also gives a behind the scenes look at how other teams are training, operating, and solving their own problems.
