🏐 Master the Art of Passing & Serve Reception!
The Basic First Contact Session is designed for athletes new to volleyball or those looking to build a solid foundation in passing and serve reception. This session focuses on developing confidence, consistency, and control when making the first contact in a rally.
Athletes will work on proper body positioning, platform angles, and footwork to ensure clean, accurate passes to their target. With hands-on coaching and engaging drills, players will learn how to read the ball, react quickly, and improve their overall ball control.
