The Elite First Contact Session is for athletes who have been evaluated and selected for Elite status. This session pushes players beyond technical proficiency, focusing on strategic passing, game-speed decision-making, and handling high-velocity serves from top-tier servers.

Athletes will be challenged with:
🔥 Advanced serve reading to anticipate ball movement before contact
🔥 Perfecting emergency and out-of-system passes under pressure
🔥 Reacting to aggressive spin and float serves with precision
🔥 Executing elite-level footwork and body positioning to maximize accuracy

This intense, high-performance session is built for players competing at the highest levels, ensuring they are fully prepared to dominate serve reception in elite club, provincial, or collegiate volleyball.
