Basic Individual Defense (1 Hour)
This session is perfect for athletes new to defensive skills, focusing on digging, reacting to attacks, and body positioning. Learn the fundamentals of reading hitters, staying low and balanced, and controlling defensive movements to make clean, accurate digs. Whether facing a hard-driven spike or a well-placed tip, this session will give you the tools to keep the ball alive!
Basic Team Defense (1 Hour)
Volleyball is a team sport, and defensive success comes from working together! In this session, athletes will learn how to communicate, cover teammates, and execute team defensive systems. Youβll practice reading offensive plays, transitioning between defense and attack, and positioning yourself correctly in different formations like perimeter and rotational defense.
π Ideal for beginner athletes looking to develop confidence in defensive play and work together as a unit!
