Birthday Party Deposit

Thanks for booking a party at Glitter Barn! A deposit of $150 is due now to book your party. The remainder is due prior the event on the day of your party. Please contact sarah@glitterbarnart.com to confirm the date/details for your party. Any party add-ons/custom party designing you selected will be added to the total cost of your party when you complete payment. Final payment may be made on the day of the party via check/cash, Venmo or credit card. Payments via check/cash incur no credit card fees. Please make sure you indicate in your registration (in question #2) the name and age your child is turning.
You may arrive up to 20 minutes prior to set up any food you may be bringing. We will provide a table and tablecloth for you in our party room for this.
Please note that all guests must complete an event waiver upon arrival at the party. We will provide printed copies upon arrival or you can share the link with guests who may be dropping kids off.
Your deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your event.
