A great way to blow off steam in a healthy way!

Gather with community to learn about the benefits of acupuncture and acupressure. You will then have the option to try acupunture (with needles) or acupressure (no-needles), you will be surprised!
Then follow up with some non-alcoholic, herbal beverages and community.
Some chairs are provided, however, for comfort during acupuncture, you may want to bring a yoga mat (or similar), pillow and/or blanket to recline on the floor. All ages and experience levels welcome.
