Airdrie CultureFest Vendor (booth)

Come celebrate the richness of our community at the second annual CultureFest — Airdrie’s vibrant multicultural festival — happening Tuesday, July 1, 2025!

As the board and planning committee, we are driven to create a welcoming space where every cultural group can proudly showcase and celebrate their heritage. We aim to foster meaningful connections—within and between cultures—so that everyone feels truly at home in Airdrie.

For these reasons, and so many more, we’re excited to make our second year even more impactful and memorable.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Warmly,

The Airdrie CultureFest Board + Planning Committee

BOOTH REGISTRATION DETAILS

A vendor is an individual, business, non-profit, community group, or cultural association who wishes to participate by hosting a booth to display their culture through food, products, services, education, workshops or games.

  • Each registration of $175 entitles you to an assigned standard 10 ft. x 10 ft. tent on the grass in Nose Creek Regional Park (specific location TBD). Registration includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 4 tent weights, along with set-up and tear down.
  • Booths are encouraged to be decorated in correlation with the country you are representing, and the vendor's cost.
  • Power accessibility will be confirmed by April 30, 2025.
  • Booths will be allowed to sell pre-packaged foods (with AHS approval through the board). Cooking onsite will be limited to the concession area. Please email airdrieculturefestsociety@gmail.com for more information.
  • Vendors must be cultural in nature - business advertisements will not be allowed, unless the core business sells or provide services that are culturally-based (ex: henna, cultural fashion wear, etc.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Airdrie CultureFest is an outdoor, "rain or shine" event; plan for all types of weather conditions. Refunds may be processed prior to May 31; all registrations are considered final after this point.
