Make sure to snatch the early bird price of $155 before June 30 (normal price $165!)

PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE - we never want finances to be the reason a young person can’t come to camp, so please contact us to discuss your situation and how we can help get your young person there!

TIME & LOCATION

WHAT TO BRING

Pillow
Sleeping bag or full bedding
PJ’s & clothes
Extra warm clothes for night time
Old clothes that you don't mind getting a bit messy
A fluro or white shirt/ jumper if you have one
Jacket / Raincoat
Bible (if you have one) and notebook
Toiletries
Towel
Drink bottle
Good walking shoes (and spare shoes)
Small torch (optional)
Any prescription medication in a labelled bag - this will be given to the camp medical officer (see medical info field in rego form to provide specific information to camp leaders)

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Electronic games of any form
Pocket knives or any sharp objects
Lighters
This is a drug, alcohol, smoke, and vape free event - young people found to have brought any of these prohibited items to camp will be sent home

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION

Any prescription medication or medical requirements your child may have must be specifically outlined on their registration form with clear instructions. Please bring any prescription medication in a labeled bag. We will have a medical officer on site who will facilitate the safe storage and administration of medication over camp.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS/ ALLERGIES

If your child has any specific dietary requirements for camp meals or has certain allergies please specify these on their medical information form.

CHILD SAFE ENVIRONMENTS

Our CFC Child Safe policy requires all our Camp Leaders and Team Members to do all in their power to protect & provide reasonable care for your child while at camp. There are procedures in place to ensure this is outworked, including appropriate screening and Child Safe Policy training. If you would like a copy of our CFC Child Safe policy please see Rachel Lane. All leaders on camp have a WWC clearance.
