The only place this course is taught in the New York Metro Area. 

Holding a valid Maryland State Wear & Carry, Pistol permit, certificate will allow you to carry your handgun in Maryland, 37 states . This course is required to apply for a non-resident permit in the State of Maryland. "Proper Cause" is no longer required. 

This class requires a live fire element to complete the course and takes place the same day at Blue Mountain Sportsman Center at 183 Watch Hill Rd Cortlandt NY 10567.

  • Unloaded Firearm in Locked Case
  • 50 Rounds of Ammunition
  • Magazine
  • Pen / Notepad
  • Ear & Eye Protection

• • Pants with Belt Loops
  • Rubber Soled Shoes (No Flip Flops)
