Kids' Mindfulness Virtual Classes (Ages 7-11)

About our Virtual Classes:
Led by Daiana Amyradakis, with a bachelor's in Psychology, a master's Marriage and Family Therapy, and Certified Mindfulness Teacher; these fun, and creative classes promote emotional wellness and resilience in children. They blend evidence-based cognitive behavioral tools, mindfulness practices, and targeted relaxation strategies to help children:
- Manage stress and emotions
- Strengthen emotional regulation
- Build self-soothing skills
- Foster focus, confidence, and empathy
- Learn lifelong tools that will promote their mental health
Unlike the in-person program, these virtual classes are offered individually rather than as part of an eight-week program. These classes offer a fun way to explore mindfulness and build social-emotional skills.
