Sol Song Sessions are a singing space dedicated to upliftment, encouragement and re-wiring for greater freedom, joy and fulfillment. The songs shared represent a wide range of emotions that are a part of life/being human. We connect to ourselves, one another, and the elements and world at large through sweet easily learned songs that you can use as a regular part of your recovery.
