Registration Process

2. If you already have a client portal, please send the completed packet to your therapist through the portal. Do not email this packet as email is not a secure form of communication for protected health information.
3. If you are not yet an active client of CarePoint, please call 314-822-8888 and inform the administrative staff you'd like a portal invitation so that you can send in your registration packet.
