Course 1: Implementing SAFe (SPC) Class
The SPC is a central, strategic role that enables you to plan and guide a SAFe transformation. This course provides the tools and insights necessary to evolve your skills and master this crucial position. You'll gain deep knowledge of the lean-agile principles and practices of SAFe , and learn to navigate the complexities of enterprise-level challenges.
Course 2: Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration
Building on the RTE foundations, this *NEW* Scaled Agile micro-credential focuses on enhancing your facilitation skills, particularly in managing conflicts and fostering high-level collaboration. Learn practical techniques to resolve conflicts constructively and drive collaborative decision-making processes that enhance team dynamics and outcomes.
*Note - All advanced facilitator micro-credentials have required pre-course self-paced, e-learnings that are designed to be taken prior to the facilitated session and should take learners 2 hours on average to complete.
SPC course times: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Advanced Facilitator: Conflict & Collaboration: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
