CAPS: What to Know about Counseling and Psychiatric Services

Join the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) team for an interactive training designed specifically for academic advisors. This session will explore strategies to recognize, respond to, and refer students who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress. Advisors will learn practical approaches for navigating sensitive conversations, setting healthy boundaries, and maintaining their own wellbeing while supporting students.
