The transition from coach to supervisor can feel like stepping into new terrain - rich, complex, and sometimes uncertain. This space is designed to support newly qualified coaching supervisors like you as you take your first steps into the practice of supervision.

This is for you if you are

• Recently trained or newly practicing as a coaching supervisor
• Looking for a safe, skilled space to reflect on your supervision practice (not just your coaching)
• Wanting to build confidence, clarity, and ethical sensitivity in your new role
• Curious to explore your emerging identity as a supervisor

What you’ll receive

• Supervision of your supervision work — real-time support for your live supervision cases
• A place to explore parallel process, ethical complexity, and your use of self
• Connection with a small, supportive group of peers navigating similar territory

Why supervision of supervision?

Supervising coaches isn’t just an extension of coaching. It is a different practice, with its own demands and rewards. This group supports you to:

• Hold multiple levels of relationship and responsibility
• Reflect with depth, rigour, and self-awareness
• Stay resourced, ethical, and confident as you grow

Session Details:

• Session limited to six participants to ensure depth and connection.
• Open session, different participants in each session
• Meeting online via Zoom
• Led by Cathy Lasher, an experienced supervisor of supervisors
• Cost: £120 + Vat
