Sun West Art Club

This orientation class is recommended for those students with little to no drawing and/or art training or those who may want a review of drawing materials and techniques who wish to register for the Introduction to Drawing and Composition class.

Students will be familiarized with various drawing materials needed and their proper use as necessary for use in the Introduction to the Drawing and Composition class.

An overview and demonstration of techniques and drawing methods will illustrate various ways to successfully create graphite drawings.

Additionally, a brief overview of the subjects covered in the class as well as the design elements and principles of composition will also be presented.

This orientation class is strongly recommended for those students who are new to art/drawing materials and who have limited or no previous drawing experience.
