Reconnect with your creative self on this guided, personal, creative journey to awaken your inner artist through playful art making! After participating in an optional Vinyasa Yoga Class in the gallery (offered prior to this art class), we will gather for explorative art making and discussion in a judgment-free environment designed for you to discover your unique creative self.  Whether you are an experienced artist or have not touched a paintbrush since elementary school - everyone is welcome. With gentle guidance, challenges, and encouragement, you will open your heart & mind, uncover hidden talents, and move past what holds you back.
