This course supports mathematics teachers in strengthening their English for use in the classroom and beyond. Aimed at B2+ (advanced) level speakers, the workshop focuses on developing language skills to confidently teach math topics, give instructions, and engage with students, parents, and colleagues in English. You’ll expand your vocabulary for intermediate-level math content, practice clear explanations, and refine your classroom communication strategies. Through interactive tasks and peer collaboration, you’ll build the confidence to manage bilingual lessons, participate in international exchanges, and create accessible learning materials in English.
