Meet: Taylor Herbertson!
Taylor is a passionate performer, teacher, and director who loves all things theatre and youth development. Her teaching journey began in 2022 at Barker College and she now works at 6 different schools across the North Shore, with Marian Street Theatre For Young People, and with The Arts Unit. Taylor has also been extensively involved with Hornsby Gang Show since 2012, as a cast member, Production Team member, Head of the Acting Team, Assistant Production Director, and she is just beginning her stint as Production Director for 2026-2028. It was here that Taylor developed her belief in importance of youth development and individual growth, with an understanding that drama goes beyond the stage and is about the holistic learning experience and personal growth. Taylor is the co-owner of Suitcase Theatre Co, and most recently made her directorial debut with 'The Bookstore' as part of Sydney Fringe Festival 2025.
