Come join Yamaji Rocky View in their introductory self defense class, based on Japanese Jujutsu techniques.
Interested in learning proper martial arts striking drills, front kicks and a powerful jab cross combo?
This class is for you!
Each class will consist of a warm up and proper falling and rolling techniques.
We will build up our moves as we progress and go through our yellow belt program
Location: Genesis Place Dance Studio
Date: This class will begin Friday November 14th and run until Friday December 19th
Class time: 1:00pm to 2:00 pm
Cost: $89.00 / student
A family cost caps is offered - Please use the appropriate registration option for your 4th child and beyond
This offer is only available for children within the same family household.
Age recommendation : 7+ years of age are welcome to join the class
Preferred Attire: Athletic attire, shoulders covered. Be conscious that flips and rolls will be performed so attire too loose will be awkward.
What to bring to class: Please bring a water bottle and a positive attitude strongly recommended.
Mandatory : A waiver will be provided on the first day of class, this is mandatory for participation
