This training is designed for Team Leaders and Managers across LCHS (both in current and acting positions), to improve your understanding of common PLC-related issues and equip you with the skills to be able to effectively identify, self-manage, and escalate matters to PLC where appropriate to do so. If you are currently acting or permanently in a people management role, you are required to complete this training by June 2026. Please book the session that is most convenient for you to attend.

Specifically, the training will focus on the following areas:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Managing Underperformance
  • Managing Conduct and Behaviour
  • Managing Interpersonal Conflicts
  • Different Leave Types & Unplanned Absenteeism
  • Employee Wellbeing
