*This form is used to enter the entries for the 2/14 - 2/16/2026 Harvard Speech and Debate Tournament for current QD Varsity Team Students. Please read the following instructions carefully.

QD Tournament Participation Requirement
- Students who are on the Varsity Team
- Tournament Participation is subject to Coach & Admin Approval

Who is eligible to participate?
- Students Grade: 7th - 12th
- Students who are on the 2025-26 Varsity Team
- All entries will be reviewed for approval by our Varsity Lead coaches

How to fill this out?
- Please fill out one form for each participating student.
- Select the if the the student will compete in Speech or Debate & determine if you will be a parent judge or not.

Deadlines:
- Registration and $250 deposit due by 10/31/2025(non-refundable)
- Remaining balance will be due on 12/12/2025
- Drop deadline is Friday, 1/10/2025
- Any late sign ups will not be accepted.
- Any drops after the drop deadline will not be refunded.

Tournament Packages
Speech Events - up to 2 events (judging included): $1100
Speech Events - up to 2 events (parent judge volunteer for all rounds required): $800

Debate Events (judging included): $1200
Debate Events (parent judge volunteer for all rounds required): $800

Drop deadline is Jan 10, 2025 at 12:00pm. No refunds will be issued after the drop deadline.

**Hotel/Travel/Food is not included in the packages.
