I’m excited to invite your team to this season’s Early Learner Teacher Training, a trusted program designed to strengthen and inspire instructors who work with your youngest students.

Built specifically for arts-based settings and dance studios, this in-person training gives both new and experienced teachers the tools they need to connect meaningfully with early learners—helping them teach with more confidence, creativity, and care.

If you offer preschool dance programs, toddler-preschool classes, or early childhood camps, this training is especially for your team. We’ll focus on:

• Understanding early childhood development and movement
• Age-appropriate classroom management strategies
• Fun, imaginative lesson planning
• Creative methods to keep little ones focused and excited
• How to adapt activities for different learning styles, abilities, and needs
• Tips on how teachers can manage their own energy, avoid burnout, and stay inspired when working with very young children

Each participant will receive a full training manual and a certificate of completion.

What you’ll need: A computer with audio and video capability, a willingness to complete short written reflections after each section, and time to engage with the provided course materials.
