Become an EMDR Specialist!

EMDR Certification is a designation offered by EMDRIA for EMDR Basic Trained clinicians who complete additional training and consultation to expand their proficiency with the AIP model. EMDR Certification identifies you as an advanced practitioner to clients and colleagues and provides an opportunity to fine-tune your skills and gain confidence in the model

And just a personal note- I take my role as an EMDR Consultant seriously. I am intentional about how I structure both individual and group consultation and I don’t leave it up to the consultee to figure out what they don’t know! I invite consultees to submit case consultation worksheets, transcripts or to demonstrate live in order to offer the most precise and instructive feedback.

What's Included?

• 10 hours of task-based EMDR consultation will be provided
• Online access to the most up to date Oregon EMDR Basic Training manual
• EMDR protocol scripts and other resources.

Advanced Training

All individual consultees will have access to a 12-Hour EMDR Review Package Distance Learning program.

Oregon EMDR, LLC is an EC Provider (#20016).   Eligibility for EMDRIA Credits is restricted to those who have completed an EMDRIA-Approved Basic EMDR Training. 

**No NBCC Hours are offered for this distance learning content.

Requirements

• Participants must have a Certificate of Completion from an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training
• Participants will be asked to submit a minimum of 6 written verbatim or near verbatim transcripts of their utilization of EMDR Therapy with clients and other assignments
• Participants must have an active caseload of at least 5 clients with whom they are or can begin using the EMDR Therapy model

If the Consultant or Consultant in Training makes the assessment that the consultee will require more consultation to meet the Core Competencies, Oregon EMDR reserves the right to require additional consultation at the consultee's expense.
