Austin Tactical

This is a handgun class for beginner shooters. It differs from the Basic Handgun Course; this course is entirely hand-on gun handling and shooting.

We'll Cover:

• How a pistol functions
• How to safely clear a pistol
• How to manage recoil
• How to manage muzzle rise
• How to press the trigger without disturbing the sights
• How to hard target focus
• how to shoot controlled pairs
• How to manipulate different types of reloads

Please Bring:

• Semiautomatic handgun
• Eye and ear protection
• Holster (preferred but necessary)
• 150 rounds of ammunition
• Water/drinks
• Snacks
• Closed-toe shoes
• Sunscreen

We keep this class small for safety, and to ensure that everyone gets personal time with the instructor.
