PehiPehi is the art of gentle grounding, a return to calm and connection through touch, breath, and presence. Within the whānau, it becomes a powerful way to restore harmony, strengthen bonds, and support collective wellbeing. This wānanga explores how the principles of PehiPehi can be brought into family life to soothe, reconnect, and create safe spaces for communication and healing. Participants will learn simple, nurturing techniques that can be shared across generations to bring balance and peace to the home.
